It seems to me this all still leaves up in the air, “What’s the point of NAEP anyway?” .
The answer is, money.
It’s a company, not a nonprofit, philanthropic organization.
It’s in the testing “business.”
The goal is to make money.
I’ve never heard nor read about the ways the NAEP tests are used by teachers to aid in the delivery of educational services helping them help their students learn subject matter.
